I was supposed to post this yesterday but I had a full day, I will post Day 4 this evening.
Today I got my swagger back, it was not like yesterday at all. I started my day with a Kale, Ginger, Celery and Carrot sHaKe I’m not gonna lie to you and tell you I love the taste…I would rather eat a bag of Salt and Vinegar potato chips, I like those a lot. BUT I will tell you this—-> After I drank that SWAMP GRASS SMOOTHIE I had an amazing amount of energy that allowed me to do 2 workouts a (a Pilates lower body workout and an intense 45 minute Ab workout). I can barely walk or breathe, but I know that I one step close to those jeans I have in the closet!!!
Keeping the fruits and vegetables coming, kept me going and my energy lasted throughout the day, I was able to go to the movies (NO POPCORN PLEASE, I need a nose plug) and still go to work and host a show at the Laugh Factory. I felt pretty good and not so unhappy about the jeans I had on with the loose fit, YAY! I am feeling better and not concentrating on deprivation (that makes me angry), but on the abundance of choices that I have in vegetables and fruits. I mean there are fruits I have never heard of: What the hell is a “Bottle Gourd”? I am sure you are looking it up like I did. You want to know what it is, I wanted to know if it was poisonous!
